中药配方颗粒与饮片(汤剂)等效性研究综述

Review of Research in Equivalence Study of TCM Dispensing Granuleand Traditional Herbal Decoction

中药配方颗粒与饮片(汤剂)等效性研究是促进中药配方颗粒快速发展的关键,也是推进中医药现代化的重要环节。基于中国知网、万方网等数据库以“中药配方颗粒”“饮片”“等效性”为检索关键词,收集归纳近年来相关文献发现,中药配方颗粒与饮片(汤剂)等效性研究在化学成分、药理,以及临床疗效等方面呈现差异。通过对比、分析中药配方颗粒与饮片(汤剂)在化学成分、药理以及临床疗效的差异,为今后建立更加完善的中药配方颗粒评价体系提供借鉴。

The equivalence study of TCM formula granules and decoction pieces(decoction)is the key to promoting the rapid development of TCM formula granules and an important link to promote the modernization of TCM.Taking“TCM formula granules”“decoction pieces”and“equivalence”as keywords,the relevant literature in recent years in CNKI,Wanfang Data were collected and summarized.It was found that the equivalence study of TCM formula granules and decoction pieces(decoction)showed differences in chemical composition,pharmacology,and clinical efficacy.By comparing and analyzing the differences in chemical composition,pharmacology,and clinical efficacy between TCM formula granules and decoction pieces(decoction),a reference was provided for the establishment of a perfect evaluation system for TCM formula granules in the future.
