基于“阳化气,阴成形”理论探讨巨噬细胞极化在骨肉瘤微环境中的作用

Based on the Theory of“Yang Qi and Yin Formation”,the Role of Macrophage Polarization in the Microenvironment of Osteosarcoma was Discussed

以中医“阳化气,阴成形”理论为根本,结合巨噬细胞极化,探讨骨肉瘤发病、发展、转移以及复发的中西医机制。从中医“阳化气,阴成形”角度出发阐释“阳化气以破癥瘕积聚成形”为M1型极化产生抑制骨肉瘤转移的机制,“阴成形以助癥瘕、积聚化形”为M2型极化产生促进骨肉瘤转移的机制;由于巨噬细胞可以通过局部微环境中的分子M2重新极化为M1表型,所以从巨噬细胞极化角度出发,挖掘中医药在巨噬细胞极化过程中的调控因子,以期形成中医药治疗骨肉瘤的新思路。

Based on the theory of“Yang-Hua Qi,Yin-Forming”in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with macrophage polarization,this paper explores the mechanisms of TCM and Western medicine in the pathogenesis,development,metastasis and recurrence of osteosarcoma.From the perspective of“Yang-Hua Qi,Yin-Forming”in traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explains that“Yang-Hua Qi to break the disease and accumulate and form”is the M1 type polarization mechanism to inhibit osteosarcoma metastasis,and“Yin-Forming to help the disease and accumulate and transform”is the M2 type polarization mechanism to promote osteosarcoma metastasis.Since macrophages can be re-polarized into M1 phenotype through molecular M2 in the local microenvironment,this paper also explores the regulatory factors of TCM in the process of macrophage polarization from the perspective of macrophage polarization,in order to form a new idea of TCM treatment for osteosarcoma.
