非小细胞肺癌患者血清中DJ-1、sMICA的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者血清中DJ-1、sMICA的表达及临床意义。方法选取非小细胞肺癌患者202例纳入观察组,同时期选取肺部良性病变患者40例纳入A组,并选取健康体检者30名纳入B组。根据观察组预后状态分为生存组(n=190)和死亡组(n=12)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清DJ-1、sMICA水平,统计3组血清DJ-1、sMICA水平。分析观察组患者血清DJ-1、sMICA水平与临床病理特征的关系,COX回归分析患者预后影响因素。结果3组血清DJ-1、sMICA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组血清DJ-1、sMICA水平均高于A组和B组(P<0.05),A组和B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。NSCLC患者TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的血清DJ-1、sMICA水平均高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期,有淋巴结转移患者血清DJ-1、sMICA水平均高于无淋巴结转移患者,P<0.05;死亡组血清DJ-1、sMICA水平高于生存组,P<0.05。血清DJ-1水平上升、sMICA水平上升、淋巴结转移、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期均为影响患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论非小细胞肺癌患者血清中DJ-1、sMICA的表达水平与临床病理特征密切相关,血清DJ-1水平上升、sMICA水平上升、淋巴结转移和Ⅲ~Ⅳ期是非小细胞肺癌患者预后的危险因素。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical prognosis of DJ-1 and sMICA in serum of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 202 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected to be included in the observation group,40 patients with benign lung lesions were selected to be included in group A,and 30 healthy persons were selected to be included in group B.The patients were divided into survival group(n=190)and death group(n=12).Serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels in the 3 groups were statistically measured.The relationship between serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels and clinicopathological features in the observation group was analyzed.COX regression was used to analyze the prognostic factors of patients.Results There were significant differences in serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels among 3 groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum DJ-1 and sMICA in the observation group were higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance between group A and group B(P>0.05).Serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels in NSCLC patients with TNM stageⅢtoⅣwere higher than those in stageⅠtoⅡ,and serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels in death group were higher than those in survival group,P<0.05.The increase of serum DJ-1 level,sMICA level,lymph node metastasis andⅢ~Ⅳstage were the risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of serum DJ-1 and sMICA in NSCLC patients are closely related to clinicopathological features.The increase of serum DJ-1 and sMICA levels,lymph node metastasis and prognosis risk factors of stageⅢ~ⅣNSCLC patients.
