Ki-67、ACTH、TSH在垂体腺瘤患者术前血清中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in Serum of Patients with Pituitary Adenoma Before Operation

目的探讨Ki-67、ACTH、TSH在垂体腺瘤患者术前血清中的表达及其临床意义。方法选取垂体腺瘤患者61例,采用化学发光法、免疫组织化学检测血清Ki-67、ACTH、TSH水平及组织中的蛋白表达。结果病理组织学与血清学结果一致性较强;非侵袭性垂体腺瘤患者术前血清Ki-67、ACTH、TSH表达水平均低于侵袭性患者,P<0.05,在肿瘤最大径方面比较,P>0.05;ROC曲线分析显示,术前血清Ki-67、ACTH、TSH联合检测AUC值(0.785)均高于其他单独检测的AUC值。结论垂体腺瘤患者术前血清Ki-67、ACTH、TSH的表达与患者临床病理特征关系密切,联合检测效能更高。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in patients with pituitary adenoma before operation.Methods 61 patients with pituitary adenoma were selected and the levels of serum Ki-67,ACTH,TSH and protein expression in tissues were detected by chemiluminescence and immunohistochemistry.Results The results of histopathology and serology were consistent.The expression levels of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in patients with non-invasive pituitary adenoma before surgery were lower than those in patients with invasive adenoma(P<0.05),and the maximum diameter of tumor was compared(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC value of serum Ki-67,ACTH and TSH combined detection(0.785)was higher than that of other single detection.Conclusion The expression of Ki-67,ACTH and TSH in serum of patients with pituitary adenoma before operation is closely related to the clinicopathological features of patients after operation,and the combined detection is more effective.
