人参健脑益智颗粒中药成分定性定量研究

Study of Qualitative and Quantitative on Traditional Chinese Medicine Componentsof Ginseng Jiannao Yizhi Granules

目的:基于现代分析技术对人参健脑益智颗粒中单味中药进行定性定量研究,建立含量测定方法和薄层鉴别方法。方法:以君、臣、佐、使的用药原则为指导,采用高效液相色谱法对处方中的人参、巴戟天、天麻和黄连进行定量研究,再利用薄层鉴别法对定量指标外的其他药味进行定性分析。结果:黄连中盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法通过方法学验证;天麻和人参的薄层色谱鉴别专属性强,阴性无干扰。结论:建立的定性定量检测方法操作简便,准确可靠,可用于人参健脑益智颗粒的质量控制。

Objective:Based on modern analysis technology,the qualitative and quantitative study of single Chinese medicine in Ginseng Jiannao Yizhi granules was carried out,and the method of content determination and thin-layer identification were established.Methods:Under the guidance of the principle of drug use of the emperor,minister,assistant and minister,the quantitative study of ginseng,Morinda,gastrodia and Coptis in prescription was carried out by HPLC,and the qualitative analysis of the other drug tastes outside the quantitative indexes was carried out by TLC.Results:The method of determination of berberine hydrochloride in Coptis chinensis was verified by methodology.The identification of Gastrodia gastrodia and Ginsen g by TLC was specific and negative without interference.Conclusion:The established qualitative and quantitative detection method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Ginseng Jiannao Yizhi granules.
