摘要
目的:对桂花的挥发性成分进行分析。方法:采用气相色谱-离子迁移谱技术,检测桂花中挥发性成分,并通过主成分分析与聚类分析对桂花进行分析。结果:桂花中检测到74个挥发性成分,并通过数据库比对定性鉴定出32个化合物,其中3-羟基丁酸乙酯、氧化芳樟醇、N,N-二甲基酰胺、甲基庚烯酮、2-乙基己醇、3-壬酮、2-庚酮、丁二酸二乙酯、水芹烯、乙酸乙酯、4-甲基-2-戊酮、反式-2-己烯醇、水杨酸丁酯、乙酸异戊酯为不同来源桂花中差异性较大的物质。结论:基于GC-IMS的挥发性成分分析可对不同来源的桂花进行区分,为桂花的质量监控提供参考。
Objective:To analysis the volatile components of Fragrans.Methods:The volatile components of Fragrans were detected by GC-IMS,and analyzed by PCA and cluster analysis.Results:74 volatile components were detected in Fragrans,and 32 compounds were qualitatively identified through database comparison.Among them,3-hydroxybutyrate ethyl ester,linallinol oxide,N,n-dimethylamide,methylheptenone,2-ethylhexyl alcohol,3-nonone,2-heptenone,diethyl succinate,cresine,ethyl acetate,4-methyl-2-pentanone,trans-2-hexenol,butyl salicylate and isoamyl acetate were different substances in Fragrans from different sources.Conclusion:Volatile components analysis based on GC-IMS can distinguish Fragrans from different sources and provide guidance for quality control of osmanthus.
