阿那日五味散方源考证及治疗高脂血症作用机制预测

Research on the Origin of Anari Wuwei Powder and Prediction of the Mechanism of Action in Treating Hyperlipidemia

蒙药阿那日五味散收载于《中华人民共和国卫生部药品标准》蒙药分册,由全石榴、荜茇、豆蔻、肉桂、干姜配伍组成,有消食、温胃的作用,主治消化不良、肾寒腰痛、胃脘寒湿等。蒙医在使用过程中,根据复方单味药配伍及入药剂量不同而复方疗效也有所不同。通过进行方源考证、方解分析以及利用网络药理学预测阿那日五味散治疗高脂血症的作用靶点,探索其作用机制,为阿那日五味散的临床应用和进一步开发利用提供参考依据。

Mongolian Medicine Anari Wuwei Powder is included in The Pharmaceutical Standards of Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China(Mongolian Medicine).It is composed of whole pomegranate,cassia bark,cardamom,Long Pepper and dried ginger,which is warm to the stomach,soothing to the stomach,treating cold dampness,dyspepsia,cold kidney and lumbago.In the course of using Mongolian medicine,the effect of the compound medicine is different according to the compatibility and dosage of the compound medicine.In this paper,through the research of the source of the prescription,the analysis of the solution,and the prediction of the target of the action of Anari Wuwei Powder in the treatment of hyperlipidemia by using network pharmacology,the mechanism of action was explored.and provide reference for the clinical application and further development of Anari Wuwei Powder.
