养膜糕治疗薄型子宫内膜临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Nourishing Membrane Cake in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:观察研究养膜糕治疗薄型子宫内膜的临床疗效,总结治疗经验。方法:选取2021年1月-2023年3月安徽省第二人民医院门诊收治的80例薄型子宫内膜的患者,随机抽取,平均分组,对照组40例采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,治疗组40例采用养膜糕治疗,连续治疗3个月经周期,比较两组患者证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡平均直径、子宫内膜血流参数、子宫内膜分型及子宫动脉血流分级治疗前后的变化,比较两组患者完成疗程后的治疗总有效率,并随访6个月,比较两组患者的妊娠率。结果:两组患者治疗前,证候积分、子宫内膜厚度、成熟卵泡平均直径、子宫内膜血流参数、子宫内膜分型及子宫动脉血流分级比较,组内比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后上述各指标皆有所改善,组内比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组改善程度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组随访妊娠率、治疗有效率皆明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养膜糕治疗薄型子宫内膜临床疗效显著,相比现代医学治疗更具优势,可改善子宫内膜血流,明显增加子宫内膜厚度,提升患者妊娠率。

Objective:To observe and study the clinical efficacy of nourishing membrane cake in the treatment of endometriosis,and summarize the treatment experience.Methods:80 patients with thin endometrium who received outpatient treatment at the Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was treated with estradiol valerate,Treatment group 40 cases were treated with nourishing membrane cake for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.The syndrome score,endometrial thickness,average diameter of mature follicles,and endometrial blood flow parameters were compared between the two groups of patients.The changes in endometrial classification and uterine artery blood flow grading before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rate of the two groups after completing one course of treatment was compared.The pregnancy rates of the two groups were compared after a 6-month follow-up.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in terms of syndrome score,endometrial thickness,average diameter of mature follicles,endometrial blood flow parameters,endometrial classification,and uterine artery blood flow grading;After treatment,the above indicators improved in both groups,and there was a significant difference within the group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant;Compared between groups,the observation group showed a more significant improvement(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The follow-up pregnancy rate and treatment efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of nourishing membrane cake treatment for endometriosis is significant,superior to Western medicine treatment.It can improve endometrial blood flow,significantly increase endometrial thickness,and increase pregnancy rate.
