基于“阳化气,阴成形”探讨胆石症的中医病机及治疗思路

Discussion on the Pathogenesis and Treatment Strategies of Cholelithiasis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin Forming”

胆石症是胆道系统结石性疾病的总称,中医学无此病名,可依据症状归为“胁痛”“黄疸”等范畴。“阳化气,阴成形”理论认为气虚、阳虚、阳郁导致的“阳化气”不足为胆石症发病之本,湿热、痰瘀导致的“阴成形”异常是胆石症发病之标。基于“阳化气,阴成形”治疗胆石症从肝脾肾肺入手,防治思路主要包括敛肝阴柔肝体以疏肝气、温脾阳补肾阳以助化湿、补脾气益肺元以资气化、祛湿热化痰瘀以消阴翳。

Cholelithiasis is a general term for calculous biliary system diseases.There is no name for this disease in traditional Chinese medicine.It can be classified as“hypochondriac pain”and“jaundice”according to the symptoms.The theory of“Yang Transforming Qi and Yin forming”holds that the deficiency of“Yang deforming Qi”is caused by qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,and Yang depression is the root of cholelithiasis,and the abnormal“Yin forming”caused by dampness-heat and phlegm stasis is the standard of cholelithiasis.Based on the“Yang Qi,Yin forming”treatment of cholelithiasis from the liver,spleen,kidney,and lung,the prevention and treatment ideas mainly include the liver Yin softening the liver body to ease the liver qi,warm spleen Yang tonifying kidney Yang to help the dampness,tonifying spleen Qi tonifying lung yuan to Qi,removing dampness-heat removing phlegm stasis to eliminate the shadow.
