探意“地机”

Exploration of Acupoint Name“Diji”

先秦诸子重名,《黄帝内经》约成书于同一时期。课题组基于汉字及中华优秀传统文化,先后完成了“合谷”“外关”等腧穴名称的解读;进一步通过计算机ROST WordParser软件对国家标准《经穴名称与定位》文本的字频分析后发现,“机”字唯一出现,从而引起关注。“机”仅见“地机”穴一处,然“粗守关,上守机”,更是内经时代上工与粗工的关键区别所在。基于此,试以地机为例,从穴名角度出发,结合中医基础理论及临床研究文献,析“地机”其名、理“地机”穴用、阐“地机”之意,希冀领悟和感受古代医家学者隐于“名”之下的原创针灸思维及跨领域的整合智慧。

Pre-Qin scholars emphasis on names,“Huangdi Neijing”was written in the same period.Based on Chinese characters and Chinese excellent traditional culture,the research group has completed the interpretation of cave names such as“Hegu”and“Waiguan”.Further,through the computer ROST WordParser software,the word frequency analysis of the text of the national standard“name and location of acupoints”was carried out.It was found that the“Ji”appeared once,which attracted attention.Although the“Ji”is only seen in the“Diji”,“The general doctor's treatment only focuses on the body,and the wise doctor can focus on the operation of the human body”.It is the key difference between the“excellent work”and the“rough work”in the Neijing era.Therefore,taking Diji as an example,this paper tries to analyze the name of“Diji”and the use of“Diji”from the perspective of acupoint name,combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical literature,hoping to understand and feel the original acupuncture thinking and cross-domain integration wisdom hidden under the“name”of ancient scholars.
