肺癌的中医病机、防治及治法探析:从六经辨证角度

Discussion on Traditional Chinese Medicine Pathogenesis,Prevention and Treatment of Lung Cancer from the Perspective of Six Meridians

肿瘤难治难愈,其治疗在世界范围内仍属于重大挑战,临床中,中医疗效可观,受大多数人认可。中医以六经辨证立基,以阴阳的形式阐述了人体营卫气血、脏腑津液精的动态变化过程,系统论述了疾病的传变及性状;基于上述内容,通过六经辨证从肺癌的形态、变化、发展等角度阐述肺癌的病因、病机,并提出除根、解症、从肺、补虚四法,以此来探讨中医对于肿瘤的认识及治疗方法,为肺癌治疗提供中医理论指导。

Tumors are difficult to treat and heal,and they are still a major challenge worldwide.In clinical practice,traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects and is widely recognized.Based on the differentiation of the six meridians,it elaborates on the dynamic changes of the body's Yin and Yang,Qi and blood,organs,body fluids and essence,and systematically discusses the transmission and characteristics of diseases;Based on the above content,this article elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer from the perspectives of the morphology,changes,and development of lung cancer based on the differentiation of the six meridians.Four methods are proposed for the treatment of lung cancer,including root removal,symptom resolution,lung treatment,and deficiency supplementation.This article explores the understanding and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine for tumors,providing a theoretical interpretation of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of lung cancer.
