基于“初-中-末”期分期治疗间质性肺疾病临证探析

Discussion on the Treatment of Interstitial Lung Diseases Based on the Staging of the“Initial-Middle-End”Phase

间质性肺疾病(ILD)形成原因十分复杂,西医很难进行分类,中医医家多将其归属为“咳嗽”“肺痹”“肺痿”范畴,治疗方式各有不同。通过梳理古籍,结合临床经验以及ILD的病程发展规律,总结出ILD是按“咳嗽-肺痹-肺痿”纵向发展,因此基于病程“初-中-末”期分期探讨ILD的治疗,为临床治疗提供新思路。

The causes of interstitial lung disease(ILD)are so complex that it is difficult to classify them in Western medicine,and in Chinese medicine they are mostly classified as“cough”“lung paralysis”and“lung impotence”,with different treatment modalities.The treatment methods are different.Through combing ancient texts,clinical experience and the development of ILD,we concluded that the disease process is“cough-lung paralysis-lung impotence”vertical development,so based on the“initial-middle-end”stage of the disease process staged treatment of ILD to explore,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Therefore,we will discuss the treatment of ILD based on the“early-middle-end”stage of the disease to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
