中医辨证视域下特应性皮炎智能诊断研究进展

Research Progress of Intelligent Diagnosis of Atopic Dermatitis Under the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Identification

特应性皮炎作为常见慢性、反复性、难治性的炎症性皮肤病,对患者生活产生较大负面影响,仍是目前皮肤科研究的重难点。依托中医理论的深入研究和人工智能技术的飞速发展,将中医辨证与智能诊断技术结合起来,在特应性皮炎的诊疗中展现出新的应用前景,有利于丰富特应性皮炎的中医诊疗思路。通过综览并评析中医智能诊断特应性皮炎的研究进展,总结当前研究的不足和未来发展方向,展望特应性皮炎中医智能诊断的发展趋势,以推动特应性皮炎诊疗水平的提高,推动中医辨证在特应性皮炎诊疗中的现代化进程。

Atopic dermatitis,as a common chronic,recurrent and refractory inflammatory skin disease,has a great negative impact on the life of patients,and is still a major difficulty in dermatology research.Based on the in-depth study of TCM theory and the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and intelligent diagnosis technology shows a new application prospect in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis,which is conducive to enriching the TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas of atopic dermatitis.By reviewing and analyzing the research progress of TCM intelligent diagnosis of atopic dermatitis,the shortcomings of current research and future development direction are summarized,and the development possibility of TCM intelligent diagnosis of atopic dermatitis is proposed to promote the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment level of atopic dermatitis and promote the modernization process of TCM syndrome differentiation in the diagnosis and treatment of atopic dermatitis.
