同卵双胞胎同患白癜风

A case of monozygotic twins with vitiligo

报告1对同卵双胞胎同患白癜风。同卵双胞胎先后出现肛周色素脱失3个月。皮肤科检查:姐姐肛周两侧可见色素脱失斑,甲盖大,边界清晰;妹妹肛周可见浅白色色素脱失斑,边界不规则。Wood灯检查:姐姐肛周皮损呈亮白色,妹妹肛周皮损呈灰白色。双胞胎姐妹均诊断:白癜风。治疗:0.03%他克莫司软膏外用,每日2次;糠酸莫米松软膏外用,每日1次;白灵片0.34 g口服,每日3次。治疗1个月后,双胞胎姐妹肛周皮损明显好转。

A case of vitiligo in monozygotic twins is reported.The monozygotic twins presented perianal depigmentation for three months.In the dermatological examination,the elder sister had depigmented patches on both sides of the perianal area,as large as a nail cap,with clear boundaries,the younger sister had light white depigmented patches in the perianal area with irregular boundaries.In the Wood’s lamp examination,the perianal lesion of the elder sister showed bright white,and that of the younger sister showed grayish white.Both twins were diagnosed as vitiligo,and treated with 0.03%tacrolimus ointment for external use(twice per day),momethasone furoate ointment for external use(once per day),and bailing tablets(0.34 g,oral,three times per day).One month after treatment,the perianal lesions of the twin sisters were significantly reduced.
