酒糟污泥的利用现状及展望

近年来,为实现“双碳”目标,固废资源化利用越来越受到重视。随着白酒产业的发展,酿酒过程产生了大量废水污泥,酒糟污泥含有丰富的有机物质,具有生态和经济利用价值。探寻酒糟污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化和资源化利用的处置方式越来越紧迫。目前的酒糟污泥利用方式主要有填埋、焚烧、堆肥和建材使用等。利用酒糟污泥制备透水砖,研究其力学性能、透水性能及净水性能,可以解决污泥的处置问题,也能在海绵城市建设中发挥重要作用。

In recent years,in order to achieve the "double carbon" goal,more and more attention has been paid to the resource utilization of solid waste.With the development of the liquor industry,a large amount of wastewater sludge is produced in the brewing process,and the distiller's grains sludge is rich in organic matter and has ecological and economic utilization value.It is becoming more and more urgent to explore the disposal methods of distiller's grains sludge reduction,stabilization,harmlessness and resource utilization.At present,the utilization methods of distiller's grains sludge mainly include landfill,incineration,composting and building materials.The use of distiller's grains sludge to prepare permeable bricks,and the study of their mechanical properties,permeability and water purification properties can solve the problem of sludge disposal and play an important role in the construction of sponge city.
