石墨烯改性沥青制备及流变性能研究

摘要 文中通过石墨烯改性沥青的常规性能测试、动态剪切流变试验和多重应力蠕变恢复试验,对石墨烯改性沥青流变性能变化规律进行研究。结果显示,适量的石墨烯显著提升了沥青的流变性能、弹性性能和抗变形能力,其中1.5%的石墨烯掺量为最佳掺量,同时可根据实际需求调整石墨烯掺量,表明石墨烯改性沥青具有良好的应用前景。 In this paper,the rheological properties of graphene-modified asphalt were studied by conventional performance test,dynamic shear rheological test and multiple stress creep recovery test.The results showed that appropriate amount of graphene significantly improved the rheological properties,elastic properties and deformation resistance of asphalt,of which 1.5% graphene content was the best content,and the graphene content could be adjusted according to the actual demand,indicating that graphene-modified asphalt has a good application prospect.
