摘要
为分析多基坑开挖对周边沉降的影响,文中利用Midas GTS软件建立模型,模拟分析基坑开挖及降水过程中周边建筑以及地表沉降量的演变规律。结果表明,基坑工程单独开挖或降水时,周边建筑物沉降量与距基坑工程距离的曲线呈线性上升;邻近基坑同时施工时,周边沉降量与距基坑工程距离的曲线呈抛物线;邻近多基坑工程共同开挖或降水时,对周边建筑物沉降量具有叠加效应。距基坑工程越近且降水深度越深,周边地表的沉降量越大。
In order to analyze the influence of multi-foundation pit excavation on surrounding settlement,Midas GTS software was used to establish a model to simulate and analyze the evolution law of surrounding buildings and surface settlement during the process of foundation pit excavation and dewatering.The results show that when the foundation pit is excavated alone or dewatering,the settlement of the surrounding buildings increases linearly with the distance from the foundation pit.When the adjacent foundation pit is constructed at the same time,the curve of the surrounding settlement and the distance from the foundation pit is parabolic.When the excavation or dewatering of adjacent foundation pits is combined,there is a superposition effect on the settlement measure of surrounding buildings.The closer to the foundation pit project and the deeper the precipitation depth,the greater the surrounding surface settlement.
