摘要
由于不对称变宽连续梁中墩两侧边、中跨梁体自重不对称和横向宽度沿纵桥向渐变的原因,致使施工技术难度大。文中通过工程实例,建立空间有限元模型,从安全性和施工工艺角度,论述了采取传统的挂篮悬臂浇筑+配重的施工工艺无法满足工程实际。通过对比优化施工方案,研究表明,挂篮悬臂浇筑+只受压混凝土桩柱式支架混合施工法,工程适配性强,施工过程安全性较高。
Due to the asymmetry of the dead weight and the transverse width along the longitudinal bridge,the construction technology is very difficult.In this paper,the space finite element model is established through engineering examples,and from the angle of security and construction technology,the traditional construction technology of hanging basket cantilever pouring + counterweight cannot meet the engineering reality.Through the comparison and optimization of the construction scheme,the research shows that the mixed construction method of hanging basket cantilever casting + only pressed concrete pile and column support has strong engineering adaptability and high safety in the construction process.
