筏板基础大体积混凝土施工技术探析

摘要 文中以广东某地下车库项目为例,对筏板基础大体积混凝土温度时程变化规律进行分析,并提出针对性的温度控制措施。结果表明,随着时间的增加,筏板横断面温度表现为先增加后降低的变化规律。粉煤灰和减水剂降低混凝土温度范围达到0.8%~3.7%,水平循环冷却水管使得大体积混凝土各项温度指标均满足设计要求。混凝土掺入粉煤灰和减水剂、设置水平循环冷却水管及采用动态养护技术可有效降低混凝土浇筑温度。 In order to improve the construction quality of mass concrete for raft foundation,taking an underground garage project in Guangdong province as an example,the paper analyzes the temperature time history of mass concrete for raft foundation,and puts forward the temperature control measures.The results show that the cross-sectional temperature of the raft increases first and then decreases with the increase of time.Fly ash and water reducing agent can reduce the temperature range of concrete to 0.8%~3.7%;Horizontal circulation cooling water pipe can make the temperature index of mass concrete meet the design requirements.Concrete pouring temperature can be reduced effectively by adding fly ash and water reducing agent,setting horizontal circulation cooling water pipe and adopting dynamic curing technology.
