摘要
为优化装配式结构工程造价控制,文中通过实体工程量化分析各构件对预制预应力混凝土叠合楼板工程造价的影响,并与现浇混凝土楼板的总造价进行对比分析。结果表明,与现浇混凝土楼板单方造价相比,预制装配式预应力叠合楼板单方总造价提升3.79%;叠合板构件对预制装配式预应力叠合楼板总造价影响最显著,而混凝土构件对现浇混凝土楼板总造价影响最显著。建议未来应对预制装配式预应力叠合楼板中叠合板构件的生产、运输以及安装环节造价进行优化控制。
In order to optimize the cost control of prefabricated structural engineering,the influence of each component on the cost of precast prestressed concrete composite floor is quantitatively analyzed through solid engineering,and the total cost of cast-in-place concrete floor is compared.The results show that compared with the single cost of cast-in-place concrete floor slab,the total cost of prefabricated prestressed composite floor slab increases by 3.79%.The composite slab members have the most significant influence on the total cost of prefabricated prestressed composite slab,while the concrete members have the most significant influence on the total cost of cast-in-place concrete slab.It is suggested that the cost of production,transportation and installation of prefabricated prestressed composite slabs should be optimized in the future.
