摘要
文中总结了近年来BIM技术在低碳建筑领域的研究动态与实践情况,研究内容细分为三大板块:碳排放量的计算与评估、碳排放异常的识别机制、碳排放的前瞻控制策略;从低碳环保、BIM技术、性能分析、全生命周期四个核心层面,构建出一套运用BIM促进低碳建筑实施的应用模型;进一步揭示了BIM支持下低碳建筑发展的现存挑战,包括动态数据潜在价值未充分开发、评价系统尚不健全、跨软件数据交换过程复杂等问题。
The article summarizes the research trends and practical situations of BIM technology in the field of low-carbon buildings in recent years.The research content is divided into three major sections:calculation and evaluation of carbon emissions,identification mechanism of carbon emission anomalies,and forward-looking control strategies for carbon emissions;A set of application models using BIM to promote the implementation of low-carbon buildings has been constructed from four core levels:low-carbon environmental protection,BIM technology,performance analysis,and the entire lifecycle;This further reveals the existing challenges in the development of low-carbon buildings supported by BIM,including insufficient development of the potential value of dynamic data,incomplete evaluation systems,and complex cross software data exchange processes.
