医学生心理健康非药物干预研究进展

Research progress of non-drug intervention for medical students mental health

摘要 目前许多医学生正面临着心理健康危机,预防和早期干预对保护医学生心理健康至关重要。本研究对几种常见干预措施的有效性和作用进行综述,为医学生心理健康问题的早发现早干预提供参考。利用中国知网和PubMed中英文数据库,以“医学生”“心理健康”和“干预性研究”等为关键词,检索2016-01-01--2024-06-30相关文献。纳人标准:(1)医学生心理健康现状与危险因素;(2)针对医学生心理健康问题的干预措施;(3)干预措施的有效性和研究进展。剔除标准:(1)年份较远的综述类文献;(2)文章质量较差、语序较乱的文献;(3)不严谨的临床研究。符合要求纳人并分析45篇文献。结果表明,医学生心理健康问题与压力、复原力、正念等多种因素相关,国内外有关改善医学生心理健康问题而采取的非药物干预包括压力干预、复原力干预、正念干预、数字心理健康干预、音乐疗法以及运动干预等多种措施。可以通过减少学生压力和提高抗压能力避免医学生心理健康问题的恶化;通过培养复原力、正念训练、数字心理健康干预等方式改善医学生心理健康水平;通过增强社会支持等方式改善医学生心理健康素养,减少自耻感,鼓励学生主动寻求帮助。提示,医学生心理健康问题与多种因素相关,干预措施能不同程度上提高医学生心理健康素养,改善心理健康问题。 present,many medical students are facing mental health crisis.Prevention and early intervention are crucial to protect the mental health of medical students.This article reviews the effectiveness and roles of several common intervention measures to provide a reference for early detection and intervention of medical students'mental health problems.Using CNKI and PubMed Chinese and English databases,relevant literature from January 1,2016 to June 30,2024 was retrieved with the keywords of"medical students","mental health"and"intervention research".Inclusion criteria:(1)Mental health status and risk factors of medical students;(2)Intervention measures for mental health problems of medical students;(3)Effectiveness of intervention measures and research progress.Exclusion criteria:(1)Reviews of literature from distant years;(2)Literature with poor article quality and disordered language;(3)unsound clinical studies.Forty-five articles that met the requirements were included and analyzed.The results show that the mental health problems of medical students are related to stress,resilience,mindfulness and other factors.Non-drug interventions to improve the mental health problems of medical students at home and abroad include stress intervention,resilience intervention,mindfulness intervention,digital mental health intervention,music therapy and exercise intervention.The aggravation of medical students mental health problems can be avoided by reducing students'pressure and improving their ability to resist pressure.The mental health level of medical students can be improved by means of resilience training,mindfulness training and digital mental health intervention.The mental health literacy of medical students can be improved by enhancing social support,reducing their sense of shame,and encouraging students to actively seek help.It is suggested that the mental health problems of medical students are related to many factors,and the intervention measures can improve the mental health literacy of medical students and improve the mental health problems in different degrees.
