基于自我效能理论的干预方法在2型糖尿病患者用药期间的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Method Based on Self-efficacy Theory in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus During Medication

目的:研究基于自我效能理论的干预方法对2型糖尿病患者用药效果的影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年12月我院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用基于自我效能理论的干预方法。比较两组用药效果、自我效能量表评分和生活质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后自我效能量各维度评分高于对照组,生活质量各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于自我效能理论的干预方法能提高2型糖尿病患者的用药效果,且能有效改善自我效能和生活质量。

Objective:To study the effect of nursing methods based on self-efficacy theory on the medication effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing method based on self-efficacy theory.The medication effect,self-efficacy scale score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of self-efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of each dimension of quality of life were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method based on self-efficacy theory can improve the medication effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can effectively improve self-efficacy and quality of life.
