不同浓度5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法辅助治疗面部顽固性扁平疣的效果对比

Comparison of the Effects of Different Concentrations of 5-aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy in the Adjuvant Treatment of Facial Intractable Flat Warts

目的:探究浓度10%的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗面部顽固性扁平疣患者的效果及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白IgG的影响。方法:选取鹤壁市中医院皮肤性病科2019年3月—2022年3月期间收治的面部顽固性扁平疣患者95例为研究对象,分为对照组47例和观察组48例。2组均给予维A酸乳膏联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予浓度5%的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,观察组给予浓度10%的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗,比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能、随访1年内复发率及不良反应。结果:两组不良反应发生率、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IgG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组随访1年复发率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与5%的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法比较,10%的5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法在改善面部顽固性扁平疣患者的免疫功能方面的效果相当,但其临床治疗效果更佳,安全性更高。

Objective:To explore the effect of 10% photodynamic therapy of 5-amino-ketovalerate in the treatment of patients with intractable facial plana warts and its influence on peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin IgG.Methods:A total of 95 patients with intractable facial plana plana admitted to the Dermatology and Venereology Department of Hebi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(47 patients)and observation group(48 patients).Both groups were treated with retinoic acid cream combined with recombinant human interferon alpha-2B gel.On this basis,the control group was treated with 5% of 5-aminoketovaleric acid photodynamic therapy,and the observation group was treated with 10% of 5-aminoketovaleric acid photodynamic therapy.The clinical efficacy,immune function,recurrence rate and adverse reactions within 1 year of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions,CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and IgG levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at 1 year follow-up,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with 5% of 5-amino-ketovaleric acid photodynamic therapy,10% of 5-amino-ketovaleric acid photodynamic therapy has the same effect in improving the immune function of patients with intractable facial plana verruca,but it has better clinical efficacy and higher safety.
