肺力咳合剂联合氨溴索口服液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的效果

Effect of Feilike Mixture Combined with Ambroxol Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Acute Attack Of Chronic Bronchitis

目的:研究肺力咳合剂联合氨溴索口服液治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的效果。方法:选择2021年10月—2023年10月医院收治的92例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例。对照组采用氨溴索口服液,观察组采用肺力咳合剂联合氨溴索口服液。比较两组症状评分、临床疗效、肺功能[最大呼气压(PEmax)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)、一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)、最大吸气压(PImax)]和炎症因子[白介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)]。结果:治疗后,观察组咳嗽、乏力、痰黏量多、腹胀、面部虚浮和便溏症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的76.05%(P<0.05);观察组PEmax、FVC、PEF、DLCO、PImax高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组IL-4、TNF-α、IL-18水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肺力咳合剂联合氨溴索口服液可减轻相关的症状,提高肺功能,减轻炎症反应,疗效显著。

Objective:To study the effect of Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid in the treatment of acute attack of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 92 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol oral liquid,and the observation group was treated with Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid.The symptom scores,clinical efficacy,lung function[maximum expiratory pressure(PEmax),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF),carbon monoxide diffusion(DLCO),maximum inspiratory pressure(PImax)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-18(IL-18)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of cough,fatigue,phlegm viscosity,abdominal distension,facial floating and loose stool in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was higher than 76.05% of the control group(P<0.05);the PEmax,FVC,PEF,DLCO and PImax in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4,TNF-α and IL-18 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Feilike mixture combined with ambroxol oral liquid can reduce the related symptoms,improve lung function,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and the curative effect is remarkable.
