全方位系统护理在心肌梗死患者救治期间的效果

Effect of Comprehensive System Nursing in Patients with Myocardial Infarction During Treatment

目的:研究全方位系统护理干预对心肌梗死(AMI)患者心脏康复及生活质量的影响研究。方法:抽取福建医科大学附属第二医院心内科2022年11月—2023年12月收治的200例AMI患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组100例。试验组给予全方位系统护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组心功能指标、生活质量评分及心脏不良事件发生率。结果:试验组护理后LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,心脏不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全方位系统护理干预可提高AMI患者的心功能,促进心脏康复,同时可提高患者的生活质量,减少心脏不良事件的发生,改善预后。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive systematic nursing intervention on cardiac rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 200 patients with AMI admitted to the Department of Cardiology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from November 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 100 patients in each group.The experimental group was given comprehensive systematic nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The cardiac function index,quality of life score and incidence of adverse cardiac events were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,LVESD and LVEDD in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse cardiac events was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive systematic nursing intervention can improve the cardiac function of AMI patients,promote cardiac rehabilitation,enhance their quality of life,reduce the detection of adverse cardiac events,and improve prognosis.
