A Group Decision-Making Method Based on Prospect Theory with Incomplete Trust Network Under Double Hierarchy Linguistic Environment

针对信任网络残缺、决策者权重未知、评价信息为双层语言术语集的社会网络群决策问题,提出不完全信任网络下基于前景理论的双层语言群决策模型.首先,采用双层语言术语集刻画决策信息和信任度,提出一种新的信任传播模型以补全残缺的信任网络;其次,基于完整的信任网络考虑网络结构和信任度两个维度提出决策者权重确定方法;然后,将决策者风险态度引入信任网络下的群决策模型,基于前景理论进行方案排序;最后,通过选择逆向物流服务提供商的案例说明方法的可行性和有效性.

In order to solve the problems of group decision making,where incomplete trust relationship,the unknown weights of decision-makers,and a dual hierarchy linguistic term set is treated as evaluation information,a social network group decision making method is proposed in the present study based on the prospect theory with incomplete trust information in double hierarchy linguistic environment.Firstly,a novel trust propagation model is constructed to determine the incomplete trust network by characterizing the decision information and trust degree with a dual hierarchy linguistic term set.Secondly,based on the complete trust information,a decision-maker's weight determination method is developed by taking into consideration trust relationship and trust degree.Then,the decision-maker's attitude about risk is introduced into the social network group decision making model,with the options ranked according to the prospect theory.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are validated in a case study against the reverse logistics service provider selected.
