摘要
针对舰船LLC电源向小型化、高功率密度化、低成本化的发展趋势,研究了将LLC谐振变换器谐振电感和主变压器进行集成化设计,理论分析了磁路解耦集成、磁路耦合集成两种设计方案,并对两种设计方案进行了磁件样品的制作和测试,实测结果验证了两种设计方案的有效性。最后对两种方案进行了优劣势对比分析。
In response to the development trend of miniaturization,high power density,and low cost of ship LLC power supply,this paper studies the integrated design of LLC resonant converter resonant inductor and main transformer.Two design schemes of magnetic circuit decoupling integration and magnetic circuit coupling integration are theoretically analyzed.Magnetic component samples are made and tested for both design schemes,and the effectiveness of the two design schemes is verified by the actual test results.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes are campared and analyzed.
