摘要
近年来,“水十条”“海绵城市”等概念的提出,对从事水务经营管理活动的水务企业的工作提出了更高的要求,水务企业的发展既遇到了新的机遇,也遇到多种风险的挑战。在现有的无法改变的外部客观环境下,水务企业完善自身内部控制体系就显得非常重要。文章针对水务企业内部控制问题进行剖析,并在此基础上提出应对办法,以提升水务企业内部控制的管理水平和质量。
In recent years,a number of concepts such as“water ten”and“sponge city”have been proposed,which put forward higher requirements for the work of water enterprises engaged in water management activities.The development of water companies has encountered new development opportunities and challenges of various risks.In the existing external objective environment that cannot be changed,it is very important for water companies to improve their internal control system first.This paper analyzes the internal control problems of water companies,and proposes countermeasures on this basis,hoping to help water companies improve the management level and quality of inter⁃nal control.
