高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设研究——基于江苏省的调研数据

Research on the construction of teacher teams for innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges—Based on research data from Jiangsu Province

文章选取江苏省内高职院校作为调研对象,通过理论与实践相结合的研究方法对高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设进行研究。文章选取江苏省内高职院校作为调研对象,通过理论与实证相结合的研究方法对高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设进行研究。在政策研究及文献分析的基础上编制调研问卷,对调查问卷搜集的数据进行实证分析,从而厘清江苏省高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的现状,梳理师资队伍建设中存在的问题及原因,最后提出江苏省高职院校创新创业教育师资队伍建设的对策建议。

This article selects higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province as the research object,and uses a combination of theory and empirical research methods to study the construction of the teaching staff for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher voca⁃tional colleges.Based on policy research and literature analysis,a survey questionnaire is compiled,and the data collected by the question⁃naire is empirically analyzed,so as to clarify the current situation of the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,sorts out the the problems and reasons existing in the construction of teaching staff,and finally proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching staff in Jiangsu higher vocational colleges.
