DX-CJ 02油浆脱灰剂在DCC-plus装置的工业应用

摘要 为满足国际海事组织(IMO)的《国际防止船舶造成污染公约》新规中相关全球低硫重质船用燃料油的质量新要求,某炼油厂2.2 Mt/a催化裂解(DCC-plus)装置结合自身DCC油浆理化性质中灰分质量分数、含(硅+铝)量超高的特点,于2020年12月进行了DX-CJ 02油浆脱灰剂的首次工业应用。结果表明:该装置DCC油浆经加注DX-CJ 02油浆脱灰剂及产品储罐封罐沉降脱固处理48 h后,除了密度仍略偏高之外,灰分质量分数、含(硅+铝)量均大幅降低,脱除率分别为88.42%,93.33%;这样处理后的DCC油浆可以作为GB 17411—2015中RMG 380#低硫重质船用燃料油的优质调和组分。 In order to meet the new quality requirements for global low-sulfur heavy marine fuel oil stipulated in the new regulations of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships(MARPOL)by the International Maritime Organization(IMO),a refinery with the 2.2 Mt/a deep catalytic cracking(DCC-plus)unit carried out the first industrial application of DX-CJ 02 oil slurry deashing agent in December 2020,by leveraging the unit′s unique characteristics of ultra-high ash mass fraction and(silicon+aluminum)content in the physicochemical properties of its DCC oil slurry.The results showed that after the DCC oil slurry from the unit was treated with DX-CJ 02 oil slurry deashing agent and subsequently subjected to tank sealing and solid settlement for 48 h,the ash mass fraction and(silicon+aluminum)content were significantly reduced by the removal rate at 88.42%and 93.33%,respectively,except for a slightly high density.The treated DCC oil slurry could serve as a high-quality blending component for RMG 380#low-sulfur heavy marine fuel oil specified in GB 17411—2015,contributing to the optimization of production operation management and quality and efficiency improvement of this unit.
