摘要
我国的独立院校是介于本科教育与职业技术教育之间的一种新型高等教育办学模式,早在20世纪90年代,其作为二级办学机构就逐渐兴起。截止到2022年,全国共有独立学院164所,其中江苏省有26所独立学院,约占16%。综合发展历史、发展规模、转型需求、社会影响等因素,选取了江苏省7所独立学院的“双师型”教师队伍现状进行了调研,从中发掘了一些共性的问题,进而探讨了独立学院在新形势转型过程中“双师型”教师队伍的培育策略。
Independent colleges in China are a new type of undergraduate education between undergraduate education and vocational and technical education.As early as the 1990s,they gradually emerged as secondary educational institutions.As of 2022,there were a total of 164 independent colleges in China,including 26 independent colleges in Jiangsu Province,accounting for nearly 16%.Taking into account factors such as development history,development scale,transformation needs,and social impact,this paper selects the current situation of“dual qualified”teachers from 7 independent colleges in Jiangsu Province for research,exploring some common issues,and further exploring the cultivation of“dual qualified”teacher teams in independent colleges in the process of new situation transformation.
