摘要
“矿山水害防治”是安全工程专业的一门理论知识与实际作业紧密结合且应用性极强的专业基础课。矿山水害防治具有复杂性、实践性强,地质知识运用较多等特点。以贵州矿山地质特点及煤矿企业对安全人才的需求为导向,深入分析该课程人才培养的困境及培养目标同质化的现象。结果表明:在“矿山水害防治”课程培养过程中,存在本科生与研究生培养目标同质化现象突出、培养主体参与度不高、课程设置有待提升等问题。基于上述问题,提出了导师制+校企融合的培养机制,极大地提高了学生的创新实践能力,以期培养出满足新工科建设要求的高素质复合型人才。
Theory of Water Disaster Prevention in Mine is a basic professional course of safety science and engineering that closely combines theoretical knowledge with practical operation and is highly applicable in practical work.The theory and technology of mine water damage prevention are complex,practical and involve more geological knowledge.This paper takes Guizhou mine geological characteristics and coal mining enterprises demand for safety talents as the guidance,and carries out in-depth analysis of the course personnel training dilemma and training target homogeneity phenomenon.The results show that:the course training process of undergraduate and graduate’s homogeneity phenomenon is very prominent,training subject participation is not high,and curriculum offerings need to be improved.Based on the above problems,the training mechanism of tutorial system+school-enterprise integration is put forward,which greatly improves students’innovative practice ability and aims to cultivate high-quality compound talents to meet the needs of new engineering background.
