基于案例的翻转课堂教学法的应用——以“护理伦理学”为例

摘要 探讨基于案例的翻转课堂教学法在“护理伦理学”教学中的应用效果,为护理专业课程教学质量改进提供借鉴。将南昌大学护理专业2018级44名学生设为对照组,2019级49名学生设为实验组,分别进行引导式案例教学和基于案例的翻转课堂教学。结果表明,实验组学生的自主学习能力、学习投入程度得分均有所提高,并高于对照组(p<0.05)。因此,在护理伦理教学中应用基于案例的翻转课堂教学法,可以提高学生自主学习能力与学习投入水平。 This paper explores the application effect of case-based flipped classroom teaching method in nursing ethics teaching,and provides reference for improving the teaching quality of nursing professional courses.44 students of grade 2018 were assigned as the control group;49 students of grade 2019 were assigned as the experimental group for guided case teaching and case-based flipped classroom teaching.The results showed that the scores of the independent learning ability and learning engagement in the experimental group were improved and higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Therefore,the application of case-based flipped classroom teaching method in nursing ethics teaching can improve the students’independent learning ability and learning engagement level.
