新工科背景下汽车类专业应用型人才培养探索——以车辆工程专业为例

Exploration on Application-oriented Talent Training of Automobile Majors under the Background of New Engineering:Taking the Vehicle Engineering Major as an Example

随着汽车产业转型升级的加剧,如何培养具有多学科交叉特征的高素质复合型新工科人才成为我国汽车类专业人才培养的核心任务。在总结汽车产业人才需求变化和当前汽车类专业人才培养所面临问题的基础上,以车辆工程专业为例,从明确人才培养目标、完善课程知识体系、突出学生的创新实践能力培养、创新人才培养模式、强化教学资源建设等方面进行了高层次应用创新型人才培养体系建设的探索,为新工科、新形势下汽车类专业的人才培养提供了参考与借鉴。

With the growing transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry,how to cultivate highquality and composite talents of new engineering with interdisciplinary characteristics has been the core task of the talent training of automobile majors in China.This paper summarized the changes of talent demand in the automobile industry and the problems currently faced by automobile majors in talent training.And then,it took the vehicle engineering major as an example,explored the construction of a high-level applied innovation talent training system,from the perspectives of clarifying talent training objectives,improving curriculum knowledge system,highlighting the cultivation of students’innovation practical abilities,innovating talent training modes,and strengthening the construction of teaching resources,so as to provide reference for the talent training of automobile majors under new engineering and new situations.
