轨道交通复合型技术技能人才培养模式探析——以广州铁路职业技术学院“詹天佑”实验班为例

Exploration of the Training Model for Compound Technical Talents in Rail Transit Industry:Talent Training Reform of the“Zhan Tianyou”Experimental Class in the Professional Group of Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College

在当今智能化时代轨道交通产业升级背景下,针对轨道交通产业复合型技术技能人才的供给侧与需求侧失衡的问题,广州铁路职业技术学院对接轨道交通系统装备与设施的在线安全检测监测、智能维修维护、智慧运营服务等高端产业组建专业群,构建并实施复合型技术技能人才培养模式。学校树立了“以人为本、产教融合”的人才培养理念,坚持校企合作选拔优秀学生组成“詹天佑”人才实验班,校企深度合作开展人才培养改革试点,校企一体化设计专业群课程体系,产教融合共育德技并修、一专多能的轨道交通复合型技术技能人才。

In the context of the intelligent era and the upgrading of the rail transit industry,in response to the imbalance of supply and demand for compound technical talents in the rail transit industry,Guangzhou Railway Vocational College has established a professional group,selected outstanding students to form the“Zhan Tianyou”talent experimental class for reform and pilot training,and constructed and implemented a training model for compound technical talents in the rail transit industry.The professional group has develope d a dynamic modular course system,adopted a path of large-class enrollment,hierarchical teaching,demand-oriented direction,and classified training,and embarked on a reform and innovation journey to inherit the“Zhan Tianyou Spirit”and cultivate a new generation of rail craftsmen,and explore a high-quality compound technical talent training model adaptable to sustainable development in the rail transit industry.
