新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的影像学检测方法研究进展

摘要 新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是引发新生儿脑损伤甚至死亡的重要原因。长期以来HIE的诊断多依赖于Apgar评分进行诊断,但Apgar评分受肌张力影响易出现误诊情况。为了更高的诊断准确率,临床开始将HIE的诊断方法转向于影像检查诊断。本文主要阐述了现已应用于临床诊断HIE的超声、计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)、磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)技术以及一些未来可能应用于HIE诊断的新型影像学技术。 Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) is an important cause of neonatal brain injury and even death.For a long time,the diagnosis of HIE has mostly relied on the Apgar score for diagnosis,but the Apgar score is prone to misdiagnosis due to the influence of muscle tone.In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy,the clinical method of diagnosing HIE has begun to shift to imaging diagnosis.This article mainly describes the ultrasound,computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) techniques that have been applied to the clinical diagnosis of HIE,as well as certain new imaging techniques that may be applied to the diagnosis of HIE in the future.
