摘要
为准确评估装配式建筑施工安全风险,提高施工安全管理水平,从事故致因角度出发,基于Apriori数据挖掘算法构建更为科学的装配式建筑安全风险评估指标体系。针对使用常权物元可拓模型会导致评估结果失准的问题,使用变权理论和贴进度原则对其改进,减少了评估过程中主观因素和等级边界模糊性导致的误差。最后以佛山某装配式建筑项目为例进行实证研究,评估结果表明:该项目施工安全等级为较低风险,有偏向中等风险的趋势,同时通过敏感性分析得到“违章作业”因素是最影响安全等级的指标。
In order to accurately assess the safety risk of prefabricated buildings and improve the level of construction safety management,a more scientific safety risk assessment index system of prefabricated buildings is constructed based on Apriori data mining algorithm from the perspective of accident causes.Aiming at the problem that the use of constant weight matter-element extension model will lead to inaccurate evaluation results,the variable weight theory and the schedule principle are used to improve it,and the errors caused by subjective factors and grade boundary fuzziness in the evaluation process are reduced.At last,a prefabricated building project in Foshan is taken as an example.The evaluation results show that the construction safety level of the project is low risk,and there is a tendency to moderate risk.At the same time,the sensitivity analysis shows that the"illegal operation"factor is the most influential index of safety level.
