摘要
幼儿园主题审议是保障幼儿园园本课程适宜性、解决园本课程开发与实施中遇到问题的关键手段,能有效推进幼儿园园本课程建设。然而在实际操作中,主题审议过程存在“儿童缺失”的情况。基于儿童本位的“三期式”主题审议模式强调教师关注幼儿的发展需求,立足课程实施过程的前期、中期、后期,探索并构建一种以儿童为中心、尊重儿童发展需求与兴趣的主题审议模式,实现教师课程观、教学观、儿童观的转变与发展,让儿童经验、儿童表现、儿童成长真实可见。
Theme review is a key means of ensuring the appropriateness of the preschool-based curriculum and solving problems encountered in the development and implementation of the preschool-based curriculum.It can effectively promote the construction of the preschool-based curriculum.However,in actual operation,the theme review process often lacks children’s perspectives.The“three-stage”theme review model based on the child-centered approach emphasizes that teachers should pay attention to the development needs of children and focus on the pre-process,mid-process,and post-process of the course implementation.It explores and constructs a theme review model that centers on children,respects children’s development needs and interests,and achieves the transformation and development of teachers’curriculum views,teaching views,and child views,making children’s experiences,children’s expressions,and children’s growth visible and tangible.
