绿色技术创新对黄河流域工业经济高质量发展的作用机制

摘要 基于黄河流域9个省份2008-2022年省级面板数据,构建固定效应模型及中介效应模型探讨绿色技术创新对工业经济高质量发展的作用机制以及资本密集度的门槛效应。结果表明:绿色技术创新能够通过低碳经济显著促进工业经济高质量发展,但在目前第三产业发展不成熟的情况下,产业结构升级会抑制绿色技术创新对工业经济高质量发展的积极影响。且资本密集度对二者关系存在门槛效应,可以正向促进绿色技术创新与工业经济高质量发展之间的关系。在跨过门槛值后,这种促进作用明显增强。因此,应提升工业行业绿色技术创新效率,带动产业零碳能源化,拉动就业,推动更高的效益产出。 Based on inter provincial panel data from nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2008 to 2022,a fixed effect model and an intermediary effect model are constructed to explore the mechanism of green technology innovation's impact on high-quality industrial economic development and the threshold effect of capital intensity.The results indicate that green technology innovation can significantly promote the high-quality development of industrial economy through low-carbon economy,but in the current immature development of the tertiary industry,industrial structure upgrading will inhibit the positive impact of green technology innovation on the high-quality development of industrial economy.Moreover,capital intensity has a threshold effect on the relationship between the two,which can positively promote the relationship between green technology innovation and high-quality industrial economic development.After crossing the threshold value,this promoting effect is significantly enhanced.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the eficiency of green technology innovation in the industrial trade,drive zero carbon energy in the industry,stimulate employment,and promote higher efficiency output.
