摘要
大修渣是铝电解过程中产生的危险固废之一。长期堆放或填埋处置大修渣会对环境造成严重污染,是铝工业面临的严峻挑战之一。大修渣的无害化处理和资源化回收技术受到了广泛的关注。本文介绍了大修渣的物理化学特性,总结了当前无害化处理技术,并根据大修渣的成分特点梳理了资源化回收的方向。
Spent pot lining is one of the hazardous solid wastes generated during the aluminum electrolysis process.Long-term storage or landfill disposal of spent pot lining can cause serious environmental pollution,posing a significant challenge to the aluminum industry.The technology of harmless treatment and resource recovery of spent pot lining has received wide attention.This paper introduces the physical and chemical characteristics of spent pot lining,summarizes the current harmless treatment technology.It also outlines the direction of resource recovery based on the compositional characteristics of the spent pot lining.
