摘要
面向全国发放200余份调查问卷,对医疗建筑相关专业(建筑、结构、水/暖/电设备、装饰装修、医疗工艺等)的设计师进行线上调研,并针对性地进行线下调研,采用相关研究方法并结合统计工具进行分析,进而获取目前医疗建筑领域的设计师工作现状和建筑设计机构在人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出了相关建议与解决措施。
Through over 200 questionnaires nationwide,an online survey was conducted on designers from medical building related majors(architecture,structure,plumbing and electrical equipment,decoration and renovation,medical technology,etc.),followed by targeted offline research.Relevant research methods combined with statistical tools were used for analysis to obtain the current work status of designers in the medical construction field and the existing problems in human resource management of architectural design institutions,and relevant suggestions and solutions were proposed.
