基于CFD的无人直升机主减速器风冷散热效果研究

摘要 传统的无人直升机主减滑油系统采用油冷方式。这种构型涉及的成品数量多,管理和协调工作量大,系统重量代价大。为对系统进行优化,基于CFD方法计算分析了风冷构型主减滑油系统对主减速器的散热效果。研究结果表明,当风冷进风流量达到0.24 kg/s时,空气与主减速器换热量与油冷散热功率相当,主减滑油系统可减重约53%。通过对流场进行详细分析,得出了系统的优化方向;通过对不同进风量下的流场进行计算,拟合出了空气与主减速器的换热量、理论计算耗电功率与进风量之间的关系函数。 The traditional unmanned helicopter main decelerator lubricating oil system adopts the oil cooling method.This configuration design has a large number of finished products,a large amount of management and coordination work,and a large system weight.In order to optimize the system,this paper calculated and analyzed the heat dissipation effect of the air-cooling main decelerator lubricating oil system on the main decelerator based on the CFD method.The research results showed that when the air inlet flow rate reached 0.24 kg/s,the heat exchange between the air and the main decelerator was equivalent to the oil-cooling heat dissipation power,and the main decelerator lubricating oil system could reduce weight by about 53%.By conducting a detailed analysis of the flow field,the optimization direction of the system was determined.By calculating the flow field under different air intake volumes,the relationship function between the heat exchange of the air and the main decelerator and the air intake volume,and the relationship function between theoretically calculated power consumption and the air intake volume were fitted.
