摘要
矿山在爆破过程中产生的振动,会影响矿山边坡的稳定性,研究矿山爆破过程中产生的爆破振动规律及其对边坡稳定性的影响十分必要。通过监测仪器收集矿山爆破振动过程中质点振动速度与爆心距的关系数据,用线性回归分析修正适合该地区岩性的萨道夫斯基经验公式,并用数值模拟软件对矿山边坡稳定性进行分析,设置历程点监测质点振动速度、位移和最大剪切应力。历程点数据可以和爆破振动衰减规律及破坏机理的结论相互验证。以湖北十堰某矿山为例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,研究表明该方法得到的修正后的萨道夫斯基经验公式的拟合程度较高。该研究为矿山爆破振动对边坡的危害效应分析提供了一种快捷简便的分析方法。
The vibration produced in the blasting process will affect the stability of the mine slope.It is very necessary to research the blasting vibration regularity and its influence on slope stability during mine blasting.The relation data between the particle vibration velocity and the distance from explosive source in the process of mine blasting vibration are collected by the monitoring instruments,and the Sadowski's empirical formula suitable for the lithology of this area is modified by linear regression analysis,and the stability of mine slope is analyzed by numerical simulation software,and set the particle vibration velocity,displacement and maximum shear stress of the process points and monitoring points.The process point data can be mutually verified with the conclusions of blasting vibration attenuation law and damage mechanism of blasting vibration.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are verified by a mine in Shiyan,Hubei province.The research shows that the fitting precision of the modified Sadolski empirical formula obtained by this method is high.This study provides a quick and simple analysis method for the hazard effect of blasting vibration on the mine slope.
