我们需要什么样的职业教育研究

摘要 职业教育研究在国内外都是一个新兴的领域,现代国家的工业化发展加速了职业教育和相关研究的兴起。在我国,学者们对职业教育的研究起点一方面源自对各类职业教育思想的关注,另一方面则注重对国外职业教育经验的借鉴和引进。面对我国职业教育发展所呈现的各类现象、问题时,学术界似乎没有在这一学科应该需要何种知识体系、研究范式以及学科制度等议题上达成共识。我国的职业教育研究和学科建设仍处在“进行时”,职业教育学也尚未成为一门成熟的学科。一个突出的矛盾在于:当前的研究未能有效解释职业教育实践中的诸多现象,并无法满足日益多元化的经济社会发展需求。学术界需要跳出“围绕学科管理评价制度建设学科”的思路,对当前中国在产业结构调整和经济社会发展产生剧烈变革的背景下对办学、人才培养和产教融合等领域将要面对的挑战给予足够的关注。职业教育研究应重新思考其内部的知识体系、逻辑起点等理论问题。作为一门实践性极强的学问,唯有通过解释与启蒙现实、完善知识体系重构,才能使知识生产走向成熟。 Vocational education research is a new field both at home and abroad.The development of industrialization in modern countries has accelerated the rise of vocational education and related research.In our country,the starting point of scholars'research on vocational education comes from the concern of various vocational education ideas on the one hand,and the reference and introduction of foreign vocational education experience on the other hand.In the face of various phenomena and problems in the development of vocational education in China,the academic circles seem to have no discussion on what kind of knowledge system,research paradigm and discipline system this discipline should need.Reach a consensus"on the topic".Vocational education research and discipline construction in China are still in progress,and vocational education has not yet become a mature discipline.A prominent contradiction is that the current research fails to effectively explain many phenomena in the practice of vocational education,and can not meet the increasingly diversified needs of economic and social development.Academia needs to jump out of the train of thought of"building disciplines around the discipline management evaluation system",and under the background of drastic changes in the current industrial restructuring and economic and social development in China,to run schools,train and produce talents.Sufficient attention should be paid to the challenges that will be faced in the field of education integration.Vocational education research should rethink its internal knowledge system,logical starting point and other theoretical issues.As a highly practical knowledge,only by explaining and enlightening reality,perfecting the reconstruction of knowledge system,can knowledge production become mature.
