From"VUCA"to"BANI":Realistic Obstacles and Countermeasures of High⁃quality Development of Vocational Education in Risk Society

职业教育作为培养技术技能人才的类型教育,是推动我国经济社会高质量发展的重要基础。在全球面临从“乌卡时代”向“巴尼时代”变迁的时代背景下,不稳定性与不确定性并存的风险社会应运而生。由此,职业教育开始面临国内外不稳定因素持续增加、产业链升级要求大幅度增加、技术进步倒逼职业教育转型等现实困境。我国职业教育必须突破组织壁垒限制,促成跨界融合式发展;破除作用单一倾向,打造多元化教育职能;避免固守传统模式,创新生态化支撑体系。为推进职业教育高质量发展进程,需创新职业教育内涵建设,实现职业教育结构调整,促使数字转型赋能发展,助力职业教育稳步进阶。

Vocational education,as a type of education for training technical and skilled personnel,is an important basis for promoting the high⁃quality development of China's economy and society.Under the background that the world is facing the change from the"VUCA era"to the"BANI era",the risk society with both instability and uncertainty emerges as the times require.As a result,vocational education has begun to face such practical difficulties as the continuous increase of unstable factors at home and abroad,the substantial increase of industrial chain upgrading requirements,and the transformation of vocational education forced by technological progress.China's vocational education must break through the restrictions of organizational barriers and promote cross⁃education.Integrated development of the world;break the tendency of single role,create diversified educational functions;avoid sticking to the traditional model,and innovate the ecological support system.In order to promote the high⁃quality development process of vocational education,it is necessary to innovate the connotation construction of vocational education,realize the structural adjustment of Vocational education,promote the development of digital transformation,and help vocational education to advance steadily.
