摘要
前列腺增生是老年男性患者的常见病,发病率极高,病因机制复杂且受多种因素影响。内分泌干扰物是一类广泛存在的化合物,结构类似于激素,可对人体内分泌产生干扰。前列腺生长受到性激素调控,内分泌干扰物可以影响前列腺的生长进而导致前列腺增生的发生和进展。本文综合性分析了内分泌干扰物对前列腺增生影响的研究现状,重点分析了内分泌干扰物促进前列腺增生的作用机制,同时提出了减少内分泌干扰物暴露的预防措施,以期为临床医生和人民群众提高对内分泌干扰物和前列腺增生疾病之间联系的认识,减少内分泌干扰物的危害提供参考和借鉴。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a prevalent condition among elderly men,characterized by a high incidence rate.The etiology of BPH is complex and influenced by various factors.Endocrine-disrupting chemicals are a broad category of compounds that structurally resemble hormones and can interfere with the human endocrine system.The growth of the prostate gland is regulated by sex hormones,and exposure to endocrine disruptors may impact this regulatory process,potentially leading to the onset and progression of BPH.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of current research regarding the effects of endocrine disruptors on prostatic hyperplasia,focusing on the mechanisms through which they promote this condition.Additionally,it proposes preventive measures aimed at reducing exposure to these harmful substances in order to enhance public understanding of the relationship between endocrine disruptors and prostatic hyperplasia while offering references for mitigating their adverse effects.
