基于忆阻器的可编程电路设计与分析

摘要 根据忆阻器及可编程电路在未来的广泛应用前景,设计使用简单、应用广泛的三种基于忆阻器的典型可编程电路:可编程放大电路、可编程电位器和可编程矩形波振荡器。电路仿真过程涉及Simulink和LTspice两种软件,它们分别从数字电路及模拟电路两个方面实现可编程原理。在设计与分析电路时,首先介绍每种软件的元件建模方法;然后以此为基础,分别搭建电路;最后观察并记录忆阻器在电路中的表现。通过与传统的电路相比较,结果表明,基于忆阻器的可编程电路实现了可编程模块的具体电路结构,并依据其产生的调制信号,能够对电路中忆阻器元件进行实时可控编程,验证可编程电路的优越性能。 According to the wide application prospect of memristor and programmable circuit in the future,three kinds of simple and widely used typical programmable circuits based on memristor are designed:programmable amplifier circuit,programmable potentiometer and programmable rectangular wave oscillator.The circuit simulation process involves two kinds of software,Simulink and LTspice,which can realize the programmable principle from two aspects of digital circuit and analog circuit respectively.In the design and analysis of circuits,the component modeling method of each software is introduced.On this basis,the circuits are built separately.The performance of the memristor in the circuit is observed and recorded.In comparison with the traditional circuit,the results show that the programmable circuit based on the memristor can realize the specific circuit structure of the programmable module,and according to the modulating signal generated by the memristor,the memristor components in the circuit can be controlled in real time,and the superior performance of the programmable circuit can be verified.
