高压筒形缸大修非破坏性拆解工艺研究

摘要 超超临界汽轮机高压筒形缸经过长年累月的运行,需要定期检修。而由于其结构复杂,其进汽插管螺纹环、进汽插管以及大螺纹环等零件面临拆解困难的问题。针对该问题,分析了高压筒形缸结构,开发了全新的拆除工艺,设计了专用拆除工具。实践表明,上述工艺方法可有效解决高压筒形缸大修拆解过程中的难点问题。研究成果可以为高压筒形缸大修工艺开发提供参考。 The high pressure cylinder of ultra⁃supercritical steam turbine needs regular maintenance after years of operation.Due to its complex structure,for the components such as the threaded ring of the inlet pipe,the inlet pipe and the large threaded ring,there are difficulties in the disassembly.The structure of the high pressure cylinder was analyzed,and a new dismantling process was developed with specialized dismantling tools being designed.Practice showed that this process could effectively solve the problems in the disassembly process during overhaul of high pressure cylinder.The research results can provide reference for the development of overhaul process for high pressure cylinders.
