摘要
自然界中绝大部分生物的雌性及雄性个体数量都能基本维持平衡,然而各类经济动植物的雌雄性别间经常存在显著的经济价值差异,因此,人工干预性别比例具有重大的实际应用意义。成熟促进因子(maturation-promoting factor,MPF)是调控卵细胞减数分裂恢复的主要促进因子,被认为是所有真核细胞G2/M阶段相变的普遍触发因素,其功能发挥取决于催化亚基细胞分裂周期蛋白2(cell division cycle 2,Cdc2)和调节亚基细胞周期蛋白B(cyclin B,CycB)。深入剖析MPF信号通路上下游的作用机制对于研究减数分裂过程的调节机理具有重要意义。
In various economic animals and plants,there is a significant difference in economic value between male and female.However,in nature,the majority of organisms can maintain a basic balance in the number of female and male individuals.Therefore,artificial intervention in gender ratio has significant practical application significance.Maturation promoting factor(MPF)is the main promoter that regulates the recovery of oocyte meiosis.Studies have shown that MPF is a common trigger for the G2/M phase transition in all eukaryotic cells,and its function depends on the catalytic subunit Cdc2(cell division cycle 2)and the regulatory subunit CycB(cyclin B).An in-depth analysis of the upstream and downstream mechanisms of the MPF signaling pathway is of great significance for studying the regulatory mechanisms of meiosis.
